About our Company

MATADOR Construction Services was created over 15 years ago. It was born out of a passion to build project schedules that make sense and provide value to our clients. We understand that successful projects aare managed through properly built and maintained schedule. All of our experience has been in the Southern California Market. Our Team has worked for some of the largest construction companies in the area. Many of our Cleints have been with us for over 10 years and our list of clients continues to grow each year. Our experience has been primarily in the Public Works sector with some Construction Management and OSHPD and private sector work as well. We are well positioned to provide our services to both the smal and large Contractors. Some of LAUSD projects for example range from $2 million to $150 million. Our private sector projects are over $150 million. We are well versed in Primavera and Microsoft project. Our Team has attended several claims and schedule analysis seminars and has utilized this training in numerous schedule impact and delay claims. This training along with our years of experience has provided the tools necessary to provide quality and detailed scheduling services. We possess a strong belief that an accurate, easy-to-follow schedule is crucial to every project’s success. It is our belief that every project has its unique challenges that need to be reflected in the schedule is uncommon in the industry. Our project list includes several challenging projects with clients such as LAUSD, Disney, Legoland, and several City and State agencies. We have learned that by utilizing the schedule as a tool and as a communication device, it can achieve a successful project that is on time and on budget.
