L.A.U.S.D. East Valley High School #3 In Van Nuys, a $54 million dollar high school for 2,000+ students. Developed and maintained a 4,000 activity cost loaded schedule, subcontract buyout and cost management.
L.A.U.S.D. Central L.A. New Middle School #4 Involved $38 million in 16 months to schedule. Tasks included Baseline Schedule creation and maintenance, cost & schedule management as well as project management duties.
